Exactly what I needed

This Headset does not work well!
I asked our new phone service, which uses Yealink phones which headset was the best available!We are sometime away from the phone across the room, they sometime do not answer and it is difficult to hear the person on the other end, there doesn't seem to be a way to turn up volume!I would love to find the one that would serve its purpose!
