I have tried other puzzle savers. The roll up one wasn’t worth it, but this one does the job. It is a bit big; taking up my whole dining room table, but it is definable worth it to keep all pieces safely tucked in. This item is durable and easy to use.

I’ve been wanting a puzzle board for a while now but didn’t want to spend a ton on the fancy ones. Someone recommended this to me and I’m glad they did. It works great. The felt keeps the pieces from moving all over the place (except it attracts allll the pet hair). The Velcro is very tough and keeps it closed. My only negative, and it’s more a me problem than an actual product, the side flaps make the board really wide so it’s hard to just put the board anywhere to put the puzzle together. I typically use a card table so I don’t hog up my dining room table (and so I can watch TV at the same time) but the side flaps make the board too wide for that. We had another puzzle keeper that worked great for Ravensburger jigsaw puzzles but was too small for the White Mountain 1000-piece puzzles. This keeper was a perfect size for those larger puzzles. The sorter trays are a nice touch and stow away easily within the keeper.Be aware that a puzzle in progress on the keeper should NOT be carried upright as it does not put enough pressure on the puzzle to keep it nicely in place. Other than that it is a great addition to our puzzling family!

If you don’t have the space to leave out a puzzle board or easel, this is great. It is large enough at 34x24 for most 1500pc puzzles, has nice fabric and fits under a bed or couch easily.The case and all the boards are too unwieldy for lap use but work well on a table. Taking the main board out is easy and makes smaller footprint on table or lap. It was just firm enough to work on lap. However I was hesitant using it in lap because I have inquisitive cats— their weight unsupported could be too much and bend it. I could carry a finished puzzle on just the inner board tilted through a doorway no problem. You could have 2 puzzles in progress with this one in on outer case interior and another on the intended board. The 1/2 sized boards give room for laying out pieces or could be used for smaller puzzlesI really like the plush fabric which is slipperier than felt, but provides more grip than bare table. I am happy that it will not pill like felt does and is easier to clean puzzle dust or kitty fur from it. Moving sections was easy on this. Using it on top of my tilt easel table wasn’t ideal because the puzzle kept sliding down. Flat on a table, as most likely used, this would not be an issue.I made a 1000 pc Eeboo and a Ravensburger on this with plenty of room. It is generously sized for any 1500 pc puzzle 34x24.The velcro is very sturdy and the case has handle. I think it would be great home-based puzzle board for anyone wanting to be able to tuck their puzzle away flat. However I tested carrying it by the handle like luggage, with a partially finished puzzle and some laid out pieces and it does not hold the loose puzzle pieces when closed and carried. The partially made puzzle stayed put. Since I am not intending to carry or store it vertically and I prefer sorting trays this is not an issue for me. I think this is vast improvement over the common felt roll up matts or bare tables. And a great alternative for those without the space or funds for one of the rotating or free standing easel tables. This is versatile, lightweight, and easily stored. So 5 star for home use, but 3 for travel because loose pieces will move.

This is a great puzzle board easy to use easy to move, puzzle pieces stay in place, very easy to store.

I’ve owned this for two years. Works very well as long as the case is kept flat. If you move it to the vertical position and pick it up by the handle, the pieces slide to the bottom (and occasionally fall out of the corners) despite meticulous attention to folding everything up tight. The felting is great and the two additional boards work well for sorting pieces. If you are looking to move your puzzle from table to table, or pack it up and lay it flat under a bed, it works great. If you want to store it behind a couch (or perhaps take it to a friends house), be prepared to lose parts of your puzzle and pieces. I wanted to be able to carry it, so it has failed for me.
