In brief if you love Martin Margiela - not the subsequent incarnations but the real thing, buy this. Not just about the work he did for Hermes work but context, links, inspirations and in a word - genius. Don't hesitate buy it. Beautiful book, well produced, full of images, facts and observation.

I own a few books on Margiela but this one is quite different as it explores his years in Hermes. It has interviews with different people from the industry of that time and it generally summarizes the story of how that creative direction came together (which is very interesting).
