This laptop rocks! I teach at a daycare and I'm going back to school for my degree and this laptop is perfect. The battery life is great it lasts, it's really easy to use it's really easy to set up the storage is great connecting to the internet and using web pages is super easy and I've never had a problem there's only one thing I wish it had that it does not and that is a light up keyboard, the keyboard does not light up but other than that this product is amazing

I got an HP Pavilion in 2016 or 2017 that I've been using reliably for years. Finally it got to the point where I needed an upgrade because it was getting too slow for me to do simple tasks or use for my work (teaching). I figured this would be a good upgrade but already I'm a little disappointed by how slow it's already behaving and I've only had it for two days. However, I think I recall my original HP Pavilion being a little "slower" than the other models when I purchased it years ago so I guess it is to be expected. You can't really beat that price!

I hope you are computer savvy when you purchase this item. I ordered the top model with all additional memory. When the box arrived it has smaller memory on packaging. When I called the company they stated I had to open the package and turn the computer on to go into the settings to ensure the updates were installed ( thought that was weird). Then once I turned on the computer now, you have to set it up before the home screen appears. You have to turn on airplane mode to get past the Windows screen or look in just to go to settings and ensure you got the right product. Then reset the computer to factory settings to give as a gift. Way to much to deal with, especially if you don't know about computers. There should be a disclaimer on this product stating instructions before purchasing just in case you don't want to go through all the hassle if given this item as a gift.

I was skeptical at first because of some of the reviews but once I got it I fell in love instantly. I’ve been on it since I got it lol. It’s a nice color. Very fast! No issues at all. Its exactly how it’s describe. It came a WEEK early! So happy about it. Using it for my WFH job

This laptop had to be returned The first time we bought it. We got a second one and a year and Half later the hard drive failed. I tried to have that replaced at Best Buy and they say the motherboard is killing every new hard drive they put in there. There is something wrong with the inner workings of the laptop itself that is absolutely beyond Repair. We need The seller to remedy this situation. We were also told that this laptop did not have the specs that were in the description when they opened it up to repair it. I want a refund REFUND

I bought a laptop for my daughter for her to do her school work and it only worked for a month and a half before it completely failed and shut down with multiple errors. Little did I know until I just now started doing research that this company buys the computers from HP, alters them, which voids the warranty, and then the laptops they sell end up crashing after a few months. Multiple issues reported to BBB and on Amazon. This company should not be allowed to sell these. Absolutely a complete scam.

Like anything new it takes getting used to how it operates. I love the light weight which is so easy to carry. I am getting used to red, but I like it. Nice laptop.
