Every so often when picking up groceries (curbside) the store will leave items in the anti-theft clear plastic boxes (using a 3lb hammer is still hard to get these darned things opened). I take the magnet with me and after removing my purchase I can give the box to the store employee. Be careful this thing is strong and hard to remove when it grabs a refrigerator or car (I keep in an empty prescription bottle to carry it around).

These two identical magnetics are surprisingly very powerful. I understand how letting them attract each other from any distance might break them. My use for these is to attract metal filings as I sharpen my kitchen knives, keeping the area much cleaner. I wrap each in a piece of plastic wrap and place them on either side of the knife being sharpened. They do an amazing job. The plastic wrap helps me contain the filings to take them off the magnets. Works very, very well.

Have to be careful these are really strong and will stick to metal extremely easily. Be careful if your fingers. To remove you have to rotate it off the metal it’s attached to then try to slide it off. Twist and remove. Did t drop it they tend to shatter.

A bit pricey, but they are very powerful. The north line is not bold and should be marked better, I used nail polish.

Very strong! However I got them too close to each other when unpacking. They slammed together and three of the four broke into pieces

Very powerful magnet. A little fragile though as it cracks and chips when it comes into contact with other magnets. Need a silicon coating to protect from damage.
