Resident Evil Umbrella Corporation Capcom Automatic Umbrella

I always thought umbrellas were boring utilitarian items until I saw this one. If you have ever contemplated dressing your kid as a Racoon City police officer for Halloween (we opted for an ordinary fireman instead), this umbrella is for you. My husband, who has played the franchise since its inception, loved it; my son, who is too young for RE, liked the color and size. One thing I did not expect is that the red is not a uniform color - it is darker along the bottom of the umbrella and lighter on the top. It looks far nicer that way than if it had been a solid color. This is the best looking umbrella I have ever owned, and is high quality. It is not automatic but the manual control is easy to work. You can definitely use this as a sunbrella if you are getting impatient for it to rain.

This item could not be returned after January 31. I purchased for husband for January 18th birthday. We opened it and looked at it and bottom tip was broken off before or during shipping. Tried not to let bother me so put it in truck for a rainy day. Last Wednesday, the 4th of February, it rained enough to use. I opened it, and it would not stay opened. item was broken. Since this was already WAY overpriced at $70, this is unacceptable.

I like the umbrella but its cheaply made, it already started tearing.

Ever since the Apocalypse, I've had need of this umbrella about a half dozen occasions; 4 rain related, 2 flesh eating zombie.The colors of this are fashionable, but not so bright as to catch the eye of the living dead. Fairly solid too, don't imagine this would fold except under the strongest of winds, or if used in a swinging motion to fend off walking corpses...thrusting motions through the eye are both effective and maintain the integrity of the umbrella.Fabric, as expected, repels water and is reasonably blood spatter resistant. Provides no protection against t-virus, sadly.

I own an umbrella from the umbrella corporation...what more is there to say about this thing? If you don't know the movie, then this is nothing more than a normal large umbrella. For those who like the movie and games, then this is iconic and cheap for what it is. Quality made, handles Georgia downpours quite well.

Very beautiful and well made! Indeed, I believe this umbrella can not only block rain drops but also zombies!!! Get it if u are also a Resident Evil fan!

Good for a cheap(?) game-related product. But beware, item is NOT the same as pictured.. If you're a true Resident Evil fan, don't waste your time even using this as an actual umbrella; mine broke and fell apart after using it 3 times, and the logos are black background decals that are PEALING off. Handle is cheap and straight, looks like wood. Buy at your own risk.
