Tool Backpack

Within a few weeks strap snapped zips broke and zip teeth are knackered. Contacted howes and they responded desalt don’t offer warranty. Poor quality bag and poor quality customer services in my eyes

I bought this bag for my electrician son in February 2021. It is now August 2021, and the zip on the bag has failed. Other reviewers have complained of the same failing. DeWalt present themselves as a manufacturer/supplier of high quality goods. They have fallen short in this instance. My son says he will think twice before buying this brand again. DeWalt need to do better, but, unfortunately, like too many top name manufacturers, it seems they have come to rely on their once good brand name to pass on shoddy goods.

The 1st backpack last 13 months - light use only - I work as electrical tester. Seam ripped at main zipper. Otherwise backpack quite good.The 2nd backpack - the zip has gone after 2 weeks! - again light use only. Moreover I have added a chain to limit the opening and reduce the strain on the zipsThe worst DeWalt product I have ever used. According to the seller there is no any warranty.Shame on you DeWalt.

I needed a backpack for when I am commissioning systems for work in London. I don't have to carry a lot of tools but do need my laptop as well. This holds everything I need including my lunch.

Very poor quality and poor service absolute waste of money and waste of my time ordering such rubbish it looks good but it’s been hyped up too muchFor a complete time waste the whole bag is not good only for the BIN returned for refund will now shop else where
