I have been using this since 18-04-25. Although Swarn Jal offers an extra warranty for posting a review, but this is my genuine review. The device overall is very good because the features it offers at this price are quite amazing.You can always know how much water is in the tank through the device. The light keeps blinking at intervals—yes, it might consume a bit more battery, but this feature is great. As soon as the red light appears, the device gives an alarm to fill the tank, which solves the issue of the tank running completely empty.Also, if the wire ever breaks, there's no need to climb up—the device below indicates it with a purple light, which is an excellent feature.Overall, I would give this product 5 stars.Thanks to Swarn Jal.

Nice product and design easy to install but.. alarm sound is disturbing... More disturbing after 45 days of installation... Alarm start even after motor is stopped on frequent intervals. After two three days green one stopped working... Means no more water tank alarm .. and water overflows... Let see how customer care sort this out. Will post after that

The media could not be loaded. It's an awesome product with high accuracy. The main advantage is that it requires only two wires from the sensor to the controller, and it operates on just two batteries—no electricity is needed. The alarm sound is loud and can be heard from anywhere. Instead of continuous blinking, the LED changes colors at fixed intervals to indicate different water levels.

Very easy to install and working as intended without much headache. The length of thebprobe wires are perfect and suitable for most 1000 ltr tanks, and hence there is no need to cut and extend those wires. Only the wires between the sensor box and the battery unit is required to be cut and joined with linger wires. The water level indication is accurate and easy to read. The alarm has good enough volume to be noticed in the entire house. Overall, very nice product.

Following two weeks of use, this product demonstrates excellent build quality and performs exceptionally well. The four-level indicator provides precise water level readings within the tank. I highly recommend it.

The product is good.People must use it. easy to install.

The product does not work as required, gives just a small beep when the overhead is full or emptied, they ask to raise query on what’s app which is not even looked up to..

This worked initially for 3months, after that device is giving wire connections are not proper . Re-fixing also not solving the issue.So, I have to go with another product without the level indicator which works forever with overflow alarm only .
