Definitely very nice
For the longest time, I really did think that these cables provided some form of extra performance or something for using them. One day I decided to actually do some research and see what they do and are for, come to find out that it literally is just for looks. Eventually curiosity got the better of me and I caved in and started looking for one to match my setup to buy and these cables definitely aren’t cheap. I can’t say they’re really worth the price especially when you buy one for like $40, but this cable isn’t too bad. It definitely looks nice with my setup and I definitely have been OCD about cable management and making sure things look pleasing for my own mental state. I feel like I lose my mind every time I see cables just dangling and all over the place and I rather have things look nice and clean, but there’s only so much I can do at the moment. All in all though, the price is meh, but I definitely say this cable is nice and worth it. It’s coiled up rather nicely and even has that little connector piece to make it seem even more valuable. Definitely pleasing to see in my eyes and I have my cable connected to my Kzzi K75 pro, definitely a great keyboard to look into.

If you're wondering what the big deal is...
For those not in the know, these are cool-looking cables that work as they normally would any other USB-C cable but look cool. These are usually used for custom keyboards on a person's work desk or PC gaming setup. The reason these are so cheap is that they're premade and very small compared to custom aviator cables. You're limited to the colors shown here instead of customizing the color of every part of the cable; allowing most people to match the cable to the exact colorway of their keyboard, deskmat, and other electronics in their setup. More expensive custom aviator cables tend to retain their shape better but I think that there are so many options out there that that's pretty inconclusive. A few vendors are also willing to make massively huge (or just longer) aviator cables if you're willing to pay for them.Honestly, there's a lot of dumb things in the custom keyboard hobby but massive aviator cables have to take the cake. At the end of the day, you can just buy a regular, straight cable and a cheapo plastic, mechanical keyboard and I think we all know that. If you're wondering what the big deal is; it's no different from buying $2-$300 sneakers because they're in a specific, limited edition colorway and another manufacturer comes out with the same colorway for $75; that's basically what's happening here. Most aviator cables are $50 - $100 from most e-tailers and online designers for the reasons explained. I actually like collecting these cables (as silly as it is) and happy somebody out there is forcing prices down. I'm also impressed with how many cable colors Tez Cables is churning out.I do want to mention that the ACTUAL use of aviator cables is so you can connect USB-C, mini and micro USB to the end by detaching and re-attaching different cable parts, ideally reducing the number of cables you have to buy and store. Maybe Tez already has those options but it may be worth looking into, to get more use out of these kinds of cables. I would do more research and shopping around though. Thanks for reading.Sam C.

Works, but did notice dropping,
OK, so I’m not gonna lie I really didn’t need this, but I like the look of the cord and I probably should have spent a little bit more more but I decided to give this a shot and as soon as I installed it, I noticed it dropped but since I haven’t moved it, the keyboard has been working so I guess you’ll have dropping issues if you constantly move your keyboard but my set up is so far working, or if you’re just looking for cleaning up wires and having a cleaner look, then I would go with this, just be aware that there might be a drop issue, but mine was only again due to moving. I think the connector at the USB-C is the culprit overall give it a B+. Only reason I give it a B+ is due to the shrink wrap at the USB-C end.

They accidentally sent wrong color, but I'm not complaining
I had originally ordered a black cable to match the keyboard at work. However, I think I actually like this color better than the black, and it fits better with my home workstation. Red also happens to be my favorite color.Initial impressions are pretty good. It seems to be pretty sturdy, and the plastic wrapping gives it a really cool shadow effect over the cable. I have used cables like this in the past, and I'm not sure if the plastic will last for very long, but I will hopefully remember to update this review in the future. The screw cap to secure both sides of the cable feels pretty cheap. It's metal, however it's really thin. I was afraid I was going to strip it while I was feeling around trying to find the threads.Would I recommend this cable? Sure. If you want an aviator cable and this is your first one you probably won't be disappointed, given the price. Will your keyboard still work with a $3 cable that you purchased from Walmart? Also yes.

A Great Product
I’ve had this for a few months and it’s sturdy. Coils are tight and holds very well. Looks really pretty. Works great. Perfect fit for my Gamakay K61, not too tight and not too loose. Works for my RK65 as well. I don’t want to speak ahead of myself, but with how my experience is going so far, I think this item will last for a good while. No doubt, great value for the price!

Great first impression
I do not know how it will hold up, but the first impression is great. The coil is tight, and the material is not too shiny, just right. The aviator connector has enough weight to hold the coil in place on the tabletop and prevent the rest of the cable from pulling on the coil. Craftsmanship is very decent and the USB C connector fits in solid (Keychron v1).
