Now I've had it for a few days, I'm ready to offer a tentative review.Azatom warn users not to start the radio for the first time with the earphones in. Quite right, as the default volume is excruciatingly loud, and might cause hearing damage..Attractive design. Scans both FM and DAB/DAB+ quickly, and seems to pick up everything available. Presets work well.Battery life is terrific. I haven't timed it to flat yet, but a 10 hour session lost only one bar from full charge. Sound quality is very good.Downside:I found the earphones/aerial as supplied - solid hard plastic - uncomfortable. Azatom also offer inexpensive in-ear phones that work equally well as an aerial, so I use these. I think this should be a general replacement.With the 3 year warantee I think this is a very good buy.The carrying strap has a very stiff loop, while the fitting in the radio requires a 90 degree bend. I found it impossible to use. No matter, a if I take the radio out it will be in my shirt chest-pocket, not at my wrist.

This is a great little, personal radio. it tunes so easily. I didn’t even have to plug the headphones in. I listen to it at night, when in bed. Radio is tucked under my pillow and never seems to lose the signal. It’s great that the backlight switches off, after a few seconds, so as not to disturb my husband. This is the 2nd one, of these, that I have purchased. I do, however, have a couple of issues. Firstly the longer you use the radio, the more often you have to charge it. My original one started as lasting for about 3 nights, but I ended up having to charge it after one nights use, meaning that the battery was only lasting for approx 8 hours. The other problem is the charging cable itself. With my original radio, the cable stopped charging the battery. I spoke to customer services and they, very kindly, sent me a replacement. Unfortunately (And the reason that I have purchased a second radio) the 2nd cable just fell to bits, not at all robust, hence I was unable to charge the unit. I’m hoping that the new cable is ok. I will treat it with kid gloves. So, I do have two working radios…..not a bad thing. Really good radio, just hope that the cable remains working and intact, and that the battery doesn’t lose any more of its charging capacity, otherwise I won’t get to listen through the night. 😆

Small enough to fit in my pocket when I'm out walking & very easy to set the stations. Lots of function buttons buy are all labelled so don't have to keep referring to the instructions. I like the Idea of a sleep function & a lock button to prevent accidently pressing the wrong buttons. It comes with a reset tool & earbud style headphones but l prefer my own traditional head phones. A neat piece of kit at a good price.

The machine itself is sound as a pound. Really good.The charger, though, deteriorated in a matter of days and the earbuds on the head phones came off very quickly on their own. Will have to order a new charger.The main radio though I must emphasise,is extremely reliable.

I recently purchased this product and gave it a positive review. Alas after the first week it wouldn’t charge the reception was awful and the earphones constantly fall out. Absolute rubbish DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Fabulous little radio I love it so much easy to tune every channel just amazing only downside is the earphones they are hard and uncomfortable in ears a real gem just change earphones

I liked the size style and the ease of use of the dab radio and the long lasting battery with the bright easy to read screen ,also being dab+ it is future proof! The only drawbacks are you do not know if is charging when charging up as a number telling you what percentage to go or a charging light would have been more useful, also as far as i have found there is no case to purchase to protect it from accidental damage!.All in all a great dab radio.
