Duonamic Eleviia: Portable Doorway Pull-Up Bar – Lightweight, Travel-Ready, 250 lb Capacity

I originally purchased my Duonamic handles when I relocated to an apartment with an interesting floor plan where the only door frames available did not have sufficient space for a traditional bar and drilling into the wall was not an option. Initially I was skeptical and cautious with my set but these are carefully engineered and when hung properly, super sturdy. I've done thousands of reps on them with no visible wear or tear to the system or the doors I've hung them on. These handles provide a unique pull up and require you to really focus on managing your energy on the eccentric and concentric movements. You can choose to keep the handles stable or rotate them as you pull to engage different muscle groups and experiment with intensity. Eventually, I built up enough confidence to do L Sit Pull Ups and eventually explosive pull ups with them. If you're looking for an alternative to a traditional bar, these are solid and so compact , they're perfect for travel too. Get it!

I’ve had these for over 2 years now and still have nothing but great things to say. They’re sturdy, portable, easily taken down/ put up in 2 seconds, and they leave no marks! I drove 2500 miles cross country with these in my backpack to take into hotels at night and I had 0 issues. Many hotels/airbnbs and 6 different apartments (I move a lot for work) - these still work beautifully. Worth every penny. I could do 2 pull ups when I first bought them and I quickly got to 10+, now I add about 35lbs (~160lbs total with added weight) and they still hold up fine. They even hold my 250lb boyfriend! If anything I would worry more about the door frame itself than these bad boys. Sometimes I don’t use the handles and I’ll hold the plastic part with a neutral grip instead. I’ll even hang TRX suspension bands from them to get even more versatility and use. They’ll fit any standard door frame.

I spend a lot of time in hotels, and they rarely have facilities for a passive hang. I try to hang for 10 minutes every day, but get out of the habit when the hotel doesn't have a bar I can use. I purchased this device last week while spending 7 days in a hotel. It came the next day and I was able to put it up in just a few seconds. It is very solid and well made. The handles took a few minutes to get used to, but I quickly got the "hang" of that. Great product, I would recommend it.

These work so well I can't imagine why anyone would order one of those bars that can pull off your paint or bust up your wall. These work exactly as they should. Very solid. The design makes them really easy to take up or put down so when company is coming, it's easy to remove them. I'm sure they'd be great for travel but haven't tried that yet. Fortunately I'm not near the reported weight capacity but it seems to me it would easily handle that much weight.

Quality materials. Light weight but strong. Easy to install and remove. So, suitable for daily installation and removal if/as needed. It can be used even with frames that are close to the (drop) ceiling, as shown in the pucture. However, since it drops a bit from the frame, my knees almost touch the floor when I hang from it. You may want to consider this if you are taller than 5’8”.

Great pullup bar but definitely pricey for what you get. There are so many other things to do pullups on that don't cost 100$.

This thing is solid, easy to install, and works like a charm. I'm happy I bought this.

This pull-up ring kit works very well in my doorway. At first, I was a little skeptical because the setup looks somewhat sketchy until it is properly latched, but once installed, it felt solid and secure. I was able to do pull-ups without any issues. I also lowered the rings to use them for push-ups, and they worked perfectly for that as well. I have used them for pull-ups, chin-ups, push-ups, and dips with no problems. For static movements like knee raises and L-sits, they feel stable and controlled. For exercises that involve more swinging or dynamic movement, I would be a bit more cautious, but for controlled bodyweight exercises, they have been surprisingly stable. The kit is compact, easy to store, and does not take up much space. Overall, this has been a great way to add more bodyweight exercises to my routine at home without needing bulky equipment
