Je suis très satisfait de ce produit. Le sélénium est bien dosé (200 mcg) et la forme L-sélénométhionine est réputée pour être bien assimilée par l’organisme. J’apprécie aussi le format économique : un flacon contient 365 comprimés, soit plus d’un an d’utilisation si l’on en prend un tous les deux jours, comme recommandé. Les comprimés sont petits, faciles à avaler et adaptés aux personnes vegan. Aucun effet secondaire constaté, et je me sens plus énergique avec un meilleur équilibre au niveau thyroïdien et immunitaire. Très bon rapport qualité/prix, je recommande sans hésiter !
