My girls enjoyed cutting out all the pieces and building their house. They could choose different siding and windows etc. It doesn't make a particularly beautiful model at the end since it's only paper but they learned about the different layers of a house and what order to put them in. It kept them occupied for a good while.

This book "How to Build a House" was a lot of fun. My 9 year old was able to do most ofnit without aany help and enjoyed reading and learning about how a house is made.

Not sure that the paper is strong enough to build the house with. Fiddly and flimsy. I shant be giving it to a child as planned

I bought two books one for the children and one for the adult, myself. You learn so much. I can't wait to build my "paper," house. I read it first and know this is a fantastic project for young and older alike.
