Justo llego cuando lo necesite , me ayudó mucho , yo no tengo carro y ese paraguas hizo la diferencia, trabajo muy cerca de casa , pero ese día hubo una fuerte tormenta y pude usar mi paraguas resistente al viento . Jamás se me levantó . Muy buena compra . Lo recomiendo.

I just purchased this umbrella. It automatically opens and close with a push of the button. You must follow the instructions on the card that comes with the umbrella or else closing the umbrella may be difficult.

Easy to open and is very sturdy.

I love this umbrella, it’s sturdy and has been a staple in my luggage for years - perfect for all my travels to The Pacific Northwest, London and Asia, where rain can come and ago within minutes. Only annoyance has been the rusting that is showing on the pink color I got. Doesnt affect quality but is unsightly :( Get a darker color to avoid this!

I got the pink one. It’s bright and cheery, keeps the rain off me. The lever that raises it, works as intended.

I bought this on a review/recommendation for our trip to Ireland. I liked that it was compact, strong, durable and windproof. I have no complaints, I even bought a 2nd one for my car. My only problem is I keep misplacing them somewhere?! I will probably buy 1-2 more b/c I like them so much. I also like the ones from Target.

I purchased the pink umbrella (the color was bolder than I expected!) and didn't need to use it until a month later. The weight, material and overall feel of the umbrella suggested very good quality--not like something you'd buy at a drug store. I used it once and it was great but in closing it, I heard a snap, thought nothing of it and then realized it wouldn't stay open once I tried to use it again. I was concerned because my return window ended and I had forgotten to register this product for the lifetime warranty (which was the whole reason I picked this product). Dealing with Amazon Customer Service was a pain (long delays on the phone, limited info on the nice Service Rep's end, no resolution to my issue) but then was able to contact Repel directly. Repel had excellent customer service (very courteous, apologetic, professional, and provided immediate resolution)--they shipped me a new umbrella very quickly so I decided to write a review just because of the customer service. Often with an online shopping issue, the customer service might just involve a refund or return of the item without assisting you with what you needed in the first place but this seemed actually worth my customer loyalty! I'll update this if any issues with my replacement umbrella.
