Great customer service!
The Pronto 100 has been really good so far. The print quality is very nice and looks crisp. I was having some issues at first with the colors, but Angelo with Bodno was great and was able to fix everything in about 10-15 min. and now everything looks amazing. Customer service is the reason for ordering from Bodno.

Works well. Great Customer support tops
I received the card printer and started to use it, I did have an issue with the License and was going to call and get it resolved but before I could call Byron form customer support called me to check and see if there was any issues and I informed him and he filled out the report. I have never had a support person call and check on their equipment before I reported and issue. The printer and software works great I designed and printed a card but due to license issue it printed BODNO on the card. Byron even sent me a follow up email. I would have given it a 5 star but the issue knocked it down but Bryon and his dedication to the equipment it a 4.5. Got the issue taken care of and printing cards.

Software not included.
Ordered details below. Did not receive the software activation code. Support was unwilling to help. Item was ordered "Used Like New" from Bodno. They must have not checked that the software was in the box and have not been willing to assist in fulfilling the order. I received the printer in perfect condition but wasn't able to get it running for a while. I called tech support and Felix stayed with me all throughout the process of getting the printer connected properly. He effectively got it to work and now I am printing the premium quality cards I've been wanting to for so long. I recommend Bodno 100%. Very good customer service!
