Q: Is the roller ball self powered to rotate without my help?

o the roller ball does not self rotate. However, I am very impressed with this item. 5 minutes a day with an upward motion and in a week or two you will see a difference in you complection, it is very relaxing. I enjoy using this product.

Q: Placed battery in and roller will only work when cap is slightly touching it. Once completely on, it doesn’t work even when switched to on. Any help?

Please install the battery according to the steps of the manual, twist the tail, turn the negative pole of the battery inward and the positive pole outward; after installation, turn on the switch in the "ON/OFF" direction!
