Off the charts AWESOME!!!
After seeing a recipe using Sous Vide, I was intrigued. Had never heard of it. Several videos later, I decided to go all in and give it a shot. OMG!!!!! THIS!!!!...... Is the BEST method I've EVER tried!!!!! My steak was better than ANY restaurant I've ever been to. You'll need a few other items, like a food saver, vacuum bags, etc. Season and marinate to taste, a way to properly sear the meat when done, whether by pan or preferably with a torch or grill, but OMG!!!!!...... You'll NEVER and I mean NEVER, want to go to a restaurant again! EVER!!!! I've used this for several things from steak, ribs, thawing hamburger to make spaghettis in my Ninja Foodie, to reheating meals in an effort to get away from microwaves. I've yet to be disappointed. Buy one, give it a decent tryout and you and your family will NEVER want to go out to eat again.

Great Sous Vide machone
I have owned this model Sous Vide machine for at least 5 or 6 years. We decided to give them as gifts during the Christmas season to a few of our friends! They loved them. The build quality is very good and they easy to set up for temperature & time. This sous vide machine is extremely quiet and durable. We use ours a lot throughout the year and we have NEVER had an issue!I can highly recommend this machine because of its value for money, ease of use and incredible durability!

Excellent!
Performs absolutely perfect. Gets up to temp in no time and holds it perfectly. Make sure you use a lid because it's liable to boil your water out. Well maybe not boil it but it will evaporate on you so watch your water level. Super quiet with a loud alarm. It's mistakes right where I want them.

The steak turned out perfect!
Today, I cooked my first steak with my new sous vide and it turned out beautifully. We had a 1 lb New York Strip that was 1.75 inches thick. I don't have a vacuum sealer so I put it in a zipper bag with Montreal dry seasoning. I got as much of the air out of the bag that I could, folded the bag over itself twice, cinched it with some string so I had a nice tight bundle, and cooked it at 140 degrees (medium) for 4 hours. The meat package wanted to float so I found a wooden spoon that I could wedge down in the pot and put the package underneath the wooden spoon and viola the meat packet stayed submerged half way down the pot the entire time it cooked. I had water circulating around the entire meat packet.The steak was perfectly cooked. When you cut it, 1.5 inches of the steak was a beautiful reddish pink. My husband even commented how flavorful the meat was with nothing more than Montreal dry seasoning and cooking it in its own meat juices. I did take it out to the grill and put some grill marks on the steak totalling 4 min before serving. I saved the au jus for dipping. Fabulous! I can't wait to do this again with a filet, ribeye, or chicken. My husband wants to me try veggies too. I am going all in and ordered a vacuum sealer. Oh the fun I can have with this reasonably priced toy!

Used A LOT. Excellent quality.
We bought an identical unit years ago and it finally started acting erratic so I bought this one. It has a different name on it. That said, I’d guess I’ve used it in excess of 1k times. I sous-vide nearly every meal. Turns out the old one didn’t break, it just needed to be cleaned up. With two of these now,, we’ll probably never have to buy another sous vide wand again.

Very good price, fast shipping
I used this sous vide machine for a 3.5lb rump roast I bought, seasoned, vacuum sealed and froze a couple weeks ago. I couldn't wait to try this machine out, so I thawed the roast completely and filled the recently purchased 12L tub with hot water from the tap, inserted the roast, set the temp at 132.9 degrees F, set timer for 21 hours. In 4 minutes it was up to temp and started counting down. After the 21 hours had elapsed, the machine turned off. I then removed the roast from the water bath and let it cool a bit, dried it off and refrigerated it for about 4 hours (dinner time). I put an excellent layer of more seasoning on all sides and seared that baby on all sides very well. After a 20 minute rest, it was sliced as thinly as I could and...IT WAS DELICIOUS!! This machine did an excellent job and I am so glad I found it on Amazon while it was on sale. A most excellent purchase, fast shipping, excellent seller. If it ever breaks I will buy another. Highly recommend this product and seller.

Using it regularly killed it.
Failed after 9 months. It popped the GFI. If plugged into non-GFI, it popped circuit breaker. It worked well until it didn't.
