Underpowered
Bought these to replace a smaller, underpowered solar cell which was part of a 'solar powered motor' kit. Chose these because they seemed to offer a higher power rating. But a voltage check shows that their voltage output collapses on load. Nothing wrong with the kit motor. It works with a bench DC power supply, showing very little current being drawn.

I tested 3 of the panels and couldn't get any output from any of them in bright sunlight.
