Happy these fit my beloved old Sidis
I replaced the heel pads on the Sidi road shoes I bought in 2007. Like others have stated, you have to cut the index pins off (I used a box cutter) but they fit perfectly in the recess after that. The compound is more like an elastomeric plastic and less like the rubber on the original pads.

Easy refresh
One of the reasons I buy Sidi shoes is because replacement parts are available. Over the years I've replaced a number of heel pads as well as buckles.Pro tip -- pay as much attention to the wear of the Phillips screw as the pads themselves. If you wait too long and the Phillips screw gets worn down, it's a lot harder to change these.

these are easy to install but do it before you wear off the top of the screw
these heels are easy to install but do it before your heels are wore to the screws . I like my Sidi shoes but the heels are designed to wear out, not the shoe. Great shoe ! worth maintaining.

Better than grinding your expensive CF shoes on the tarmac.
These fit perfectly on my expensive Sidis. They wear out fast and I am always late to replacing them. I wish they were a little thicker or higher durometer material. Hey, what do you think of Sidi high heels?

Simple modification to fit older shoes
These have two pins, front and rear of the screw. They will fit older Sidi shoes with triangular heel pads if you use a nail clipper to remove the two pins.
