Kenneth Cole Reaction (0.5fl. oz)

My boyfriend has used this cologne for yeaaars and I’ve always loved the smell. I work in the beauty industry and unfortunately have had to work with men’s fragrances, and I HATE showing most men’s fragrances to customers because I think most of them have an awful musk smell and sometimes it gets on my hands and lasts all day, it’s terrible. This fragrance does not have that deep musk, it’s very fresh smelling with a SLIGHT musk that isn’t overpowering or reminiscent of like, idk Axe body spray. He had a nice medium size of this (3.6oz or something) and unfortunately it was in his backpack when it got stolen. I went to Macy’s (actually work there lol) and visited a closer Macy's w my boyfriend and asked the colleague about this fragrance. He made a really weird comment saying something like “no, try Walmart” which I found really weird and condescending. (He also claimed NONE of the fragrances there have musk which is just silly because they definitely do). I ended up searching Macys website and found they DO carry it, just online only I guess and only in the large. So we found this 0.5oz size and he really only uses it for special occasions/events so we knew we didn’t need a big one. I’m glad we could get this size and I know from the smell it’s the genuine product as I’ve been smelling this cologne for a decade now!

There is nothing about this cologne that stands out, but maybe that’s a good thing. It’s a very clean and fresh scent. Not overly masculine. It’d be great for going to the gym or the grocery store, if you’re into that sorta thing. I got the small bottle, you definitely should too. The scent doesn’t last very long. I’ve done like 6 sprays and it still doesn’t last longer than an hour.

Very clean smell and not overbearing. Lasts a while. One of my favorite colognes.

Overall, the smell is good but pretty generic in my opinion. I do get some of the green apple up front but over all is generic for the price and how much you get. It's a very small bottle for $20+
