This time keeping software has all the features my small company (25 employees) needs to keep track of hours worked, overtime, paid holidays and more. It exports everything seamlessly to Quickbooks so All I need to do is review and approve payroll. If I need to make adjustments it's easy to do. The setup instructions were very easy to follow.

Lots of technical difficulty getting every employee swipe to work despite hours on the phone with support. Doesn't recognize some employees swipes even though they are in the system correctly

Fills our needs just right. Software support was very helpful and patient.

We have had pyramid timetrax in our business but with impressive consistency each time clock fails just outside of the warranty. Any issues we have had and have sent in an email about have gotten no response, except for the first time our clock failed and the response was that we would have to purchase a new one.We got this clock in the hopes that it would finally be an improvement. We have had it for a few months now and just had our first big issue. We downloaded the punches and they vanished without a trace. Now there are 40+ employees with no clock in time for the day. Manually adding punches is a massive headache. When you click to add punch, it automatically places the date on the first day of the pay cycle and the time just after midnight. The interface is not very user friendly.I sent in an email like every other time I have had an issue and am not expecting a response without multiple emails about the same issue.Avoid this time clock and look for a better alternative.

Purchased this product from Amazon and installed it per the instructions. The software was quite difficult to set up for the company and pay class profile, but once the installation was installed the time clock worked properly for one week. Then the display became very erratic and would cycle through numbers that were not consistent with the punch downloads. I contacted customer service and the first lady I spoke to was very helpful and asked that I send her the receipt and that she would contact me after. She called and I missed the call and spoke to another gentleman when I returned the call. He was not as helpful and told me that since I purchased the product from Amazon and not through them directly, they would have to examine the product first to determine if it was their fault or not, even though their manual says to not contact the retailer you purchased it from but contact them. I then said okay, no problem, and he said "here are your options, you can give me a credit card number and I will charge you for a new one and then you can send the old one back and if it is our fault we will credit you the payment return, but if not we will still charge you for new clock, or you can print off a return request (RMA) and send it back to us and you must pay for the shipping. If it is our fault we will send you a new clock, but you have to pay the return shipping." This whole situation sounded very sketchy to me, but the moral of the story is they wanted me to possibly pay for two terribly made time clocks.
