TYC 4760231 Door Mirror Right-Side Compatible with 2011-2013 Honda Odyssey

Broke the glass and damaged mirror on passenger side for my 2012 Honda Odessey. . Est to have replaced ran between $400 and $500. Ordered replacement mirror from Amazon for easy return if didn’t work. Probably paid a little more but …. Found step by step on U Tube to replace mirror. Some things like getting door panel off not super easy but good instructions. Took about an hour for 2 of us. Mirror worked and very happy with replacement. Thank goodness for U Tube…

Matches the OEM perfect, just looks cleaner. I bought the van with broken metal in the mirror. I purchased this and it was a perfect replacement. 15 minute install with flathead and phill ups screw drivers and 10mm socket.

Bottom line is that it gets the job done but a little bit of a compromise vs. original equipment. Slightly different look and yes, there is some mirror vibration as others have mentioned, but, really not a big deal.For someone who is reasonably handy, install is not a problem. Check out one of the videos on YouTube. Hardest part is removing door panel. Looks intimidating but easier than it looks. Total replacement time about 30-60 minutes.

Watching the videos is a good idea,especialy theone on removing the door panel.I found that It took more time removing the door panel. I have not removed one for a long time. I would say it took about an hour. It still was not too bad. Bear in mine that watching utube is important but you must get 4 screws out and then you must pry around the door with a small screwdriver before it lifts out easily. Again I am not used to how electrical connections are made today but if you are careful it is not too hard. Putting everything back together again is fairly simple. It does take some background in doing things.and compared to having someone replace you will save a lot of bucks even if you break something-as long as it is replaceable.

We ordered this product, and with prime shipping, it came in two days. We did a bit of research, which took like around 20 minutes, and the whole process of uninstalling the old mirror, and installing the new mirror took about 40 minutes. Sadly, when I did the research there was no videos about it, and as I dug into the depths of the internet, I found this very helpful thread that I found. Needed a new mirror to replace a broken one. This was inexpensive which was good, it fit well, and the install was easy enough. The only downside is that the construction is not as good as OEM. There is a larger gap between the mirror cover components and this creates a whistle. Only way I was able to get it to stop was to spray black rubber into the gap to fill it. Can't fold the mirror anymore now and I shouldn't have to be modding a new component like this.

Perfect for a 2013 Honda Odyssey. Not too difficult to install after watching two short Youtube videos, one for removing the broken mirror and the other for taking off the interior door panel (needed to plug in the mirror's electrical connection to the harness in the door). Total fix time was about 30 minutes.
