Probably a good idea, so you are not surprised some day, and don't have tires.....
Works well to keep the spare tire for our trailer from getting stolen, and also the wheels on the trailer, if you park the trailer at a trailhead, or anywhere. Locking the tires so it's impossible to "remove them or "borrow them", is pretty easy, even for a women, like me.

Solid lock
I purchased the lock to secure my RVs spare tire. It was quick and easy to install and the lock is well constructed. Should help deter any dishonest person from trying to steal.

Does the job but...
It's not deep enough to have the securing screw to be entirely covered by the lock. Had to get it to the point where is not in all the way in order to be able to lock it.

Very easy to install. I put this on my trailer spare. Should keep it safe.

Great value for the cost.
Excellent quality for this type of product. I used it for the spare on a dump trailer ($300 wheel and tire). It’ll definitely keep someone from just walking up (deter) and spinning the lug nut off in 3 seconds.
