Work With The Quest 2
I wanted to make sure the cable worked before I wrote a review because I know many people are looking for a cable for their Quest 2.I've bought this cable in the Type A to Type C, and Type C To Type C format. Both work very well. Doing the USB Test, It ranges from 1.9 - 2.4. I did have the official Oculus Cable and KIWI Cable but return it after using this cable because it was longer and cheaper. Also the KIWI Cable would randomly disconnect. This cable does not keep the oculus quest FULLY charged when playing, not even the official cable kept it at 100%, but it DOES charge the headset extending the play time. (Ex. Went from 100 to 72 percent in 4 hours, with 120hz and 1.7 Resolution slider) But honestly after 4 hours, you should take a break from VR.If you buy the 24.6 Feet version, I HIGHLY recommend you buy cable management pulleys or you WILL get tangled up.I was going to give this cable 4 stars because every once in a while, the picture would bounce in the headset. However, I've found that the issue is with Windows 11 (I know you shouldn't upgrade to a new OS until a few months in) but the solution to the bouncing picture was open up the oculus debug tool (Many guides online about how to get to it) and under the service tab click "Toggle Console Windows Visibility". No more bouncing picture and a smooth 120hz. I do have to do this every time I use the headset wired, but not a big deal for the extra play space I've gathered with the longer cable. (After you are done playing with the headset reclick the "Toggle Console Windows Visibility" to disable it, if you don't it'll keep popping up)Overall, worth the money.

Perfect subsitute for expensive Oculus Quest 2 factory cable
I was looking for a substitute for the expensive Oculus Quest 2 branded cable. This one works well. Charges the Oculus Quest 2, no problem. Happy with this cable at a fraction of the cost.

5v charging but zero data
Useless unless you want to slow charge something a room away

Bad Cable?
Every time I use this cable my quest 2 becomes a glitchy pile of rubbish. Using other cables, or airlink solves the problem.

Doesn't work on Oculus Quest 2
I bought this cable for my Oculus Quest 2, but I haven't gotten it to work. I have attempted following the official instructions from Oculus and I have watched multiple tutorials, but with no success. If I can get this cable to work, I can rate this as a 4 or 5 star cable. The actual quality/construction of the cable is great! It just doesn't work for what I got it for...

Works as intended!
Works just fine as described, which means I don't have much to say. Fit the bill of what was offered and was able to sustain both power and data transfer to an Oculus Quest over 24.6 feet.

reputable brand, great quality, works with quest
The other chinese off-brand cables failed me so I got the cablematters 24 foot one and it worked just fine with my quest, very long which is perfect, being too short has always been an issue with vr cablesI really want to stress again that the chinese knock-off link cables are very reliable and to only buy from actual cable companies. This especially applies to long cables, they need to have a repeater or they cant sustain the bandwidth necessary for quest link.Another thing to consider is trying virtual desktop with HEVC encoding which works really well if you're close to your router, wired link has always had its issues and virtual desktop just works better in some cases. Do not be fooled into thinking the wired solution is always better, because it isn't. Oculus link sucks pretty bad actually, it's just more reliable if you have a bad wifi router or if the router is too far

Funktioniert super

Works great for tethering photo cameras
Bought this cable to connect my camera to the computer when shooting tethered. It's a one way cable and, with the L connection on the camera, it doesn't secure to the camera's cable holder. But it works great. No dropped connection with capture one. Just as good as the ones from the orange brand...

Data rate not quite as good as shorter, official, Oculus cable
It passes the Oculus USB connection tests just fine, but this cable introduces more subtle audio glitches in the Oculus Link stream. Most folks wont notice this, but I'm an audio developer and it drives me nuts (not to mention took me a long time to figure out this was due to the Oculus Link cable rather than my fault). FYI, the official Oculus cable has this problem too, it's just worse when using this longer cable...

Great for Quest 3
Just wanted to drop a review cause I am thrilled with this product. I needed something slightly longer than the standard 16ft to run the wire under a rug to my back side. This 24ft cable gave me that desired length with no compromise. Here's some information on my setup if it helps anyone.Headset: quest 3PC USB port: USB C 3.2 gen 2x2Meta USB test average: 2.3 GBpsThe cable advertised that it does not supply power but for me it does. After about an hour on Beat Saber the Quest 3 still has 80% battery life on 120hz refresh rate. All my other oculus debug settings are default. The only thing I have done is made sure windows, nividia, and my USB ports are on their max performance settingsIf you were looking for a third party USB C to USB C cable. This may be the one your looking for.
