Update: I wore this hat to on a cold and windy winter weekend, spending most of my day outside and this hat kept my head nice and warm; it feels cozy and toasty and soft. My friends thought the hat was real fur. This hat does shed a bit. I received several compliments on the hat and some just openly stared at it lol. Definitely a statement piece hat. I liked how I was able to fold it and put in my purse when inside a restaurant and it didn't ruin the shape when I put it back on my head. Original Review: Just got it and wanted to write a review right away to make sure that if you want this hat for an adult female, order in size medium and not small. I am glad I did because I don't have a large head and the medium fits snug but not too snug. I love the quality of it. Doesn't look cheap. I bought it in white. The white is not pure white. Second pic in attached photo shows inside of hat. I'm sensitive to smells and hat has no bad odors. It's definitely a big furry hat on the outside. Covers ears and feels very warm and cozy, perfect for winter weather.

This hat arrived in a day--I chose the Black/Silver in a Large. The hat itself is beautiful and full--only a bit small for a "large" but fits snugly on head (I have a largish head but very thin hair). I would recommend that everyone choose large, especially in this color; otherwise, fantastic hat for price--received many compliments--nice and warm, especially on a cold, windy day!

The hat itself is VERY nice! I could tell that it's well made, very warm, and an overall good item but it is SO SMALL... I didn't want to believe all the reviews saying the same thing but it turned out to be true. If you wear M/L/XL in a fitted baseball hat, don't even bother with this item BUT if you've got a small dome or are purchasing for a younger person with a smaller head, go for it! Hopefully the manufacturer of this product will see the reviews and create a larger option for those of us with bigger heads... they would make way more sales!

Very good choice: the quality of this hat is excellent - the fur looks absolutely natural and the color is very intense; it is also pleasantly warm during cold New York days! I like wearing it with all black outfits and always get so many compliments. The color matches my eyes and it definitely gives me a very exotic look. It doesn't hurt that I seem to be the only person wearing something like this: I like being original. It is a good size, fits me perfectly. I totally recommend it.

I received this hat and put it on in front of my husband - his face told me that it was not the high quality couture mink version that I had been dreaming about from Overland Sheepskin Company. I knew that it would not really compete, but once I looked in the mirror I laughed so hard that tears streamed down my face! It is a BIG hat with lots of fake fur - it sticks up high above my head, as you will see from the photo. The fur fluffs down into my eyes, which is the biggest challenge - maybe I should trim the front edge? The hat is ridiculously warm - it comes down over my ears and definitely needed today's snowstorm in order to be practical (otherwise, I found myself sweating). For the very low price, maybe we all need one of these funny warm hats!

Fantastic faux fur hat. Looks exactly like the photo on Amazon. I bought this to wear up in the mountains on cold nights around the fire pit. But it’s so elegant I will wear it with my faux leopard coat for dress up. It fits me perfectly. I ordered the black in medium. My head is around 22” and it fits great. The fur looks and feels real. It was fluffy right out of the bag. So nice I ordered 2 more in other colors. A great value for the money and a fashion statement to boot.

Product description was misleading 1. Attached photo shows the huge difference in that is more like a Shepherd hat 2. Not elastic I sent this back, because the product description was misleading and not withstanding I had to pay a fair bit to return it. It looks really cheap and I would say its not even good for fancy dress.

I was surprised by just how nice this hat looks. For the price, the materials aren't the best, but I'm still pretty happy with the build-quality. I bought a medium sized hat, and it's a snug fit on my girlfriend, so I definitely wouldn't recommend a small.
