Office chair feels very strong and durable, microcirculation mesh cloth, sweat absorption, breathable, can rebound to release pressure cushion, sitting for a long time is not tired. The back of the chair can be close to the cervical vertebra, and the softness can make people have a good mood. It's nice.

Quick things first:Chair quality : More than decent for the price.Amazon/Seller : Same as usual...meets expectations.Now, this review is about maker of the chair : FelixKing. I don't write reviews but thought Felix King deserves a good word.I purchased this chair in Aug 2021.Early in Jun 2022, the chair failed.The ring that holds the center support and chair base came loose. The welding/joint of the ring to the base plate seemed to have failed and chair was unusable. It was very wobbly.The Amazon listing said this chair came with 1-year warranty. I had not purchased any additional warranty. So, Aug 2021 to Jun 2022 : almost an year but not quite. So, I thought I'll try and get replacement for the failed part.Upon looking up the website, the support/service e-mail address was "@outlook.com". I thought this was not going to work. FelixKing appeared to be a decent size company to be using a "@outlook.com" e-mail address!!Nevertheless, I did contact them with Amazon invoice and photos of the failed part. Again, had no hope of even getting a response...let alone the replacement part.I got a reply the next day stating they have sent the replacement part. The part was received in 2-days as well. Wow!! This itself was more than what I expected.But wait, there is more!In order to use the received part, I first needed to remove the center support from the failed ring.That was a struggle. With the broken ring, I was not sure if the standard tool will work or not and I just couldn't hammer it out successfully. So, I gave up. I was going to re-order the chair (because it isn't bad at all).I didn't even tell FelixKing that the part was not used. I wanted to write to them and send it back and close the matter.In 2 more days, out of nowhere, I get another e-mail from FelixKing support/service asking me if they can send me entire new chair! What!! Who does that!!!I had neither asked for it nor did I complain at any point of time in the communication with them. I had just tried to get the part...that's all.In another 3-days, I received a new chair. Wow!I don't know what made FelixKing offer me a new chair...even when I had not asked for it. THIS kind of service is definition of "going above and beyond". Keep it up FelixKing. 10 out of 5 stars for the support/service from a "@outlook.com" e-mail address :-)Next time I need a chair, you know who is getting my business.

Overall, the chair is really durable and stable. The chair provided excellent support to my back. Wheels, armrests and other moving parts have done a great job. They are very easy to be adjusted and the wheels roll so well. I like the fact that the design of this chair is so simple and it is easy to setup. It definitely worth its price.

Great value for the price. Very comfortable chair and easy to assemble. I'm 5'4" and it fits perfectly. It has a very simple look that I really like.

Chair is good for the price. Feels sturdy and has good back support and resistance when leaning into it. Seat is wide and well cushioned. Looks great in the home office. Flippable arm rests are convenient too.
