Cyberpunk Awesomeness
The tech is almost within our arms reach, or so it seems. Real, gritty, edgy. We are all Neuromancers in a way.

A ride through Night City.
Welcome to Night city, where you follow the adventures of Case, the best computer hacker there is and a cyborg Samurai to pull off an heist for a mysterious Armitage. The ride of a lifetime in Cyberpunk Dystopia, filled to the brim with excruciating details of settings and extremely taxing on one's imagination. Though there a not a lot of characters in order to keep their mystique and rogue like nature, hard and tough mercenary types, William Gibson masterfully crafts their stories which gives us the chance to emphatize with them. Though no extremely charming hero, no saving the day, this story is far more than that, its about one's identity. Who are you? Are you defined by your personality? Or are you just someone who changes their appearance before others but know only to get their work done? Are you your morals, ethics, your memory? These questions are the core of this story. Amazing is what I got to say, Taxing is another. This is not an Easy one. REPEAT : NOT EASY TO READ. But so worth it. I recommend Neuromancer if you love Sci fi and have a lot of time in your hands, with great imagination and a love especially for Cyberpunk Genre. If I had to say its story wise a 10 out of 10 but since its a hard one to entertain 8.5 out of 10

Horrible book quality
3 Star rating for the physical quality of the book, this is a "Mass Market" paperback, small in size, bad quality grey paper, the printed text is skewed on the pages and THE PAGES FALL OUT.Feels like a pirated book yet is published by "Penguin Randomhouse".I'd suggest buyers click the "See all formats and editions" link on the Amazon page and choose a different paperback version of this book.As for the content it's 5/5, Neuromancer is the source of most of the tropes in the "Cyberpunk" genre even though reading this book written in the 80s about the "future" is bit jarring.

you don't need to be interested in Science Fiction genre to enjoy this. If you've seen the Matrix you're already a part of the Gibson Cyberspace. Arcades with neon signs, fancy lingo that stick to your head and short dialogues you'll be eager to repeat next day; Gibson has successfully created a cult through this book. The novel is not just a book, it's a map in a geographical sense and through the coordinates of cyber space. it'll take a while for you to find your way, but once you do, you'll know why the book is still loved by many!
