This is fabulous if you have carpel tunnel, or any wrist problems. I use the ice pack for my back as well. Told my sister, who also git, and loves!Great buy!

After wrist/hand surgery, this wrist ice pack was a huge help in reducing swelling better than a normal ice pack that generally falls off. This stays on and is targeted where it needs to be. I have not tried heating it, which is something you can also do.

Fits nicely to relieve my wrist pain. I only wish it had another sleeve or barrier on it, because it tends to be too cold to put directly on skin for too long. I also wish the cold would last longer. Only last for under an hour.

Ordered this ice pack wrap after I fractured my wrist. Fortunately it arrived in just 2 days. It's exactly what I needed! Very comfortable and convenient. I keep in in my freezer and get it out about 10 minutes before I need to put it on so the ice packs inside are flexible enough. The 3 velcro pieces are perfectly located and make it possible to fit the wrap comfortably. I use it for 20 minutes at a time, then pop it back in the freezer. So happy I bought this one!

Seems decently made, but didn't suit my needs. Was needed for pain/ injury down thumb side of wrist - the exact area where there is no ice!?!There is a 1 inch area going down the whole pack that has no gel in it for heat/ cold (from where the thums sits in the brace) - that was the area needed for me so I returned....

very comfortable, the size was good, the Velcro was strong and held up well.
