Like so many, I've noticed a difference in my ability to quickly remember things. I'm 79 years old and Driving a school bus full time in one of the largest school systems in North Carolina. My routes total over 100 kids and stops twice a day with different pickup and drop-offs per day. WITH This product that you won't notice the difference right away, As for me I started noticing remembering things and people in a totally different unique way and all of a sudden it would hit me that it was this product that was helping me!! Don't expect miracles because dementia, Alzheimer's are all a DNA situation .However since I've been taking this for a month now I remember at first I have realized some things that before I had like a foggy brain, but now things seem clearer . I hope that makes sense to you out there that want to purchase this product. I have seen so many negative reviews on Prevagen that were scary!! Before this product I'd sit and look at my phone screen not remembering what I'm doing. After the second dose I have more energy, more focused. Before putting a sentence together was difficult I'd lose the words I needed. It was noticeable I wanted to stop speaking so I wouldn't be embarrassed. I pray to remain independent for my family. This product is giving me what I was losing. For me it was noticeable after my send day.

However, as it concerns the product itself, I honestly have to say that it's hit and miss. The main thing with supplements is that you have to be careful about the placebo effect. Are you actually feeling any difference? I did not. I only take one and day and have really seen no difference. (no points deducted)However, that being said, this product lists good natural ingredients, but once again, that is meaningless if you don't actually feel any difference.So why the 1 point deduction? 1) The price point is pretty bad. At 18 dollars a bottle, for 30 pills, this is quite expensive to try. It's only half a month's supply if you take 2 a day, and that's with the idea that it may be doing nothing. Overall, due to the poor value, I would say that it's around 3-4 stars.You can argue that this product is expensive because of the ingredients, but I say that if you cannot clinically prove that an ingredient is doing anything, including it in the product and charging for it is not helpful to the end consumer.
