Taste and texture really good but not sure I'll buy again because it was SO difficult to get into.The pot needs redesigning, I was in danger of cutting myself. Needs a more arthritis friendly container before I buy it again, which is a shame because it's one of the best honeys I've tasted. Can't risk cutting myself.
