Grest buy.
This refurbished iphone looks like new. It is genuinely in excellent condition. The battery is showing 87% so I am very happy with that. I was aware that this particular iPhone model (SE 2nd edition) didn't have the best of battery life but it gets me through a full day, just. Really pleased with this refurbished phone, glad I bought it.

Warning - Do not buy from this seller!!
As this is a third party seller on Amazon you basically lose all your rights. Bought an apparently “excellent” quality phone from them which ended up being faulty (battery kept running down really quickly and then getting to 40% before switching off) I contacted the seller who told me to return it at my own expense and if their techs feel the problem is their fault then they’ll repair it but if they decide it’s my fault then I will have to pay!! Bear in mind I’d had the phone 2 days at this point! Anyway I had to restore the phone to factory settings (luckily I’d kept my old phone or I’d have been without a phone for weeks) and had to pay £9 to return it to them even though it stated free returns on their listing. I managed to get a refund for this phone luckily but was out of pocket from my return postage. Then I stupidly decided to purchase another “excellent” quality phone from them to replace it as I thought I’d just been very unlucky first time round - biggest mistake ever! This one had intermittent screen issues from the very beginning - screen was very unresponsive at times but as it was intermittent I decided to keep it and see how I got on. I had read on the listing that I had a year warranty on it and thought I was protected by the Amazon renewed guarantee where if a renewed phone is sold to me via Amazon and it’s defective in the first year then i can choose to either have a refund, have the phone repaired or receive a replacement. Anyway, I was able to live with the intermittent unresponsive screen for 6 months before the issue worsened and I had to contact them again. They notified me again that I could return the phone at my own expense and they would look into it. But if they decide the problem is a result of something I’d done then I would be liable. At this point I had also discovered that the phone camera on my phone was hugely poor quality compared to my daughters who had the exact identical phone to me - which led me to believe that during their refurb process they’d replaced the camera with the cheapest poorest quality one possible. I explained that I didn’t feel I trusted them as a company and would like a refund as per the Amazon renewed guarantee. They told me I wasn’t eligible for a refund and only had the option to have it repaired. I argued this for months with both the seller and Amazon. Amazon claim that as the seller is not linked to them and is a third party that they can’t step in and help me despite the Amazon renewed guarantee claiming otherwise! I feel completely let down by Amazon and it has completely put me off buying another refurb phone from them ever again as you are not protected at all. The seller comes across all reasonable and relatively friendly on the first initial contact but if you don’t agree with them they turn very rude and quite nasty. I no doubt they’ll try and respond to this feedback with more lies. Do not make the same mistake I did. If you purchase a refurbished phone do so with another company! Amazon will not help you if anything goes wrong.

Brilliant Phone
I got this Amazon Referbished Phone while it was on sale and it was absolutely worth every penny. Brilliant phone and nice deal. P.S. I’m using it to write the review lol

Excellent and affordable
I bought the refuburshed iPhone SE to replace an iPod that had sadly died on me after many years of daily use. I figured an iPhone would essentially do the same thing. It arrived in pristine condition which is amazing considering its refurbished. I have been using it for a couple of months now and I’m delighted with it.

Arrived with 82% battery health and slight scuffing
This was a good price, but with just 82% battery health it would soon have needed a £90 new Apple battery and also had slight but visible scuffing. I was disappointed with the return process, too. The page-long list of rules that you have to follow to return it to hope for a refund and then to be asked to pay the return postage yourself. Grrr. Thank goodness Amazon stepped in and smoothed things out. We bought another from a different supplier and that had 99% battery health and looked as new.

Excellent condition, good price.
Not every one wants a huge brick of a phone so a smaller iPhone means you are looking at the second hand or refurbished market just to get the smallest available screen. This Renewed phone was marked as excellent condition and there wasn't a mark on it. Battery had been replaced but I'd prefer that to a worn out second hand one. Very happy.

Akku war halbvoll, man konnte also direkt Loslegen. Soweit, so gut.

Già settato in inglese. A quanto pare serve fortuna.
