The Sd.Kfz. 251 half-track was an armored fighting vehicle designed and first built by the Hanomag company during World War II, and based on their earlier, unarmored Sd.Kfz. 11 vehicle. Kit features multi-part frame, detailed drivers compartment, detailed 6-cylinder petrol engine, optional engine cover, open-top fighting compartment, well detailed running gear, individual track links and injection molded tires, optional vision ports, MG42, (6) side mounted frames and Wurfkoerper rockets, separate on-vehicle tools and equipment including jerry cans. Decals and markings for (x2) German Army (Wehrmacht), unknown unit, Russia 1941-42 - includes interior gauges.

Quality
The product is good quality and instruction. However, there are few broken pieces.

Disapointing.
From the box, this item disappoints.The box itself is very thin and arrived crushed, even though it was packed in an extremely large "Amazon" outer box, with lots of brown paper inside.On opening the box, my disapointment continued. . .1. The plastic used for moulding the kit is very cheap and brittle.2. Some of the smaller parts are badly formed and other parts were broken on the sprues.3. The amount of flashing on the mouldings is more like that found on many Airfix kits rather than a Revell kit.4. I don't know why, but the decals DO NOT contain the full WWII German markings. Like so many kits now on sale - not just Revell, the decal sheet no longer contains the proper German Cross or Swastika emblems. How can modellers build "true to life" scale kits when the emblems used by the Third Reich are no longer produced?All in all, this is a very disapointing scale model from Revell. The second such that I have recieved in as many months.Revell seem to be heading in a downward direction with regard to quality and accuracy - such a shame!

Consegna disastrosa
Il modellino ad una prima occhiata sembra ben fatto peccato che sia stato spedito senza imballo, la confezione è arrivata quindi completamente distrutta e, al momento non so ancora valutare se qualcosa è andato perso. Non capisco come si possa pensare di inviare cose delicate come queste semplicemente incollando un etichetta con il destinatario sulla scatola (per altro, cosi facendo, rovinando già la confezione) - era un regalo e ovviamente non lo si potrà regalare!

Für unter 20 € ein extrem umfangreicher und viel versprechender 1:35 Militär Bausatz
Auch wenn dieser Bausatz qualitativ deutlich hinter hochpreisigeren Bausätzen hinterher hinkt......Bei 460 Teilen Bauspaß für unter 20 € darf man einfach nicht nach Qualitäts Unterschieden zu doppelt so teuren Bausätzen suchen.Daher TOP!
