READ THIS REVIEW (great if you understand how to use it)
a few things right out of the way, there are many like this, they do the same job, buy the cheapest one you can find, this is the one to buy because its decent and its cheap. The thing you need to understand is that they all have the same flaw, people who do not know how to use them. You do NOT just crimp a few timesSo buy the Ferrules you need, get the size at and one step over what you think you need. Here is how it works via my exampleI got a very nice faucet but the hose is garbage and 4 times got returned and swapped so I got these tools to make my own hose and now it’s flawless.I needed exactly 5/16’’ ID × 17/32’’ OD - 10 ft Clear Braided HoseSo the Ferrules I got were both Interstate Pneumatics F7324-12 0.531 Inch ID x 1.0 and F7325-12 0.560 Inch ID x 1.0Turns out the 0.531 was a perfect fit over the hose, this was NOT one step up.When you go to crimp I started with the dies the next size up and did VERY light passes just to establish the lines as I rotate the hose and ferrule about 5 to 10 degrees each light crimp just hand pressure only. Keep going around until the dies bottom out and no more can be done. Move to the next lowest size (for me it was the smallest) and repeat until no more can be done, NOW tighten the adjustment screw and keep going until it takes decent force to crimp… if you just do 1 or 2 you get nearly NO crimping vs. this method. With this method you can crimp any size ferrule for any size hose from the max to the min dies and everything in between so this tool will do them all.Anyone who said it snapped or anything did not know how to use this. If you have to force anything you are doing it wrong.

Fell apart- clips do not hold. Came loose almost immediately. Low quality- not made to last
There are several pins with clips. However the clips are too small and flimsy. They fall off quickly. US made clips are thicker and do not fit into slots as they are too thick. Super poor quality, loosened almost immediately. Would never buy again. Now we have to find a decent manufacturer, and buy another tool. Did not last even 30 days.
