I Love This Toothpaste
I'm a bit baffled by some people's comments that this isn't fresh. I think some people are unwilling to give this a chance i.e. more than a day... I've been using this toothpaste every day since around April. Honestly, it's the best toothpaste I've used and it is worth every penny. The flavour is mild, but that doesn't mean your mouth doesn't feel freshened - it does - you just need to get used to the mildness. Since using, I've hardly had any episodes of bleeding or inflamed and painful gums. My dental hygiene has significantly improved, and my dentist has noticed! Great toothpaste! I shan't be changing any time soon.

Does not prevent bleeding gums
I've been using Biomed gum health toothpaste for 3 months. I still have some bother with bleeding gums. It gives a good clean and is a great natural toothpaste. But it hasn't been as effective for my gums as I'd hoped. The peppermint flavour is strong and may be a bit much for some tastes.

Very good
This is really good stuff, cleans my teeth well. Didn't think I had any sensitivity in my mouth but since using this my gums and tongue just feel in better condition, they weren't sore as such before, but now they feel better if that makes sense!

Biomed Gum Health
Really like this product and will buy again - reasonably priced, fluoride free and SLS free and no artificial sweeteners. It doesn't feel gritty and doesn't have a strong burning minty taste like other toothpastes can, also it cleans well and my teeth feel smooth and plaque free, and it has a natural re-mineraliser - excellent!

Not so great
I didn't really like this toothpaste compared to the Citrus flavour. It didn't make my teeth feel clean like the Citrus one & I didn't notice any improvements with my gum health.
