You must try this weighted blanket
After four nights of sound, sustained, restful sleep, I felt compelled to write a review. I will admit that I was a little skeptical, but my insomnia issues have been getting worse the older I get. Was taking OTC sleeping pills, but didn't like where that was going,so I read a lot of reviews and shopped around, finally deciding on this one in the most beautiful green, 20# 60"x80". I absolutely love it! I have slept so well for the past four nights, and my Fitbit tracker is informing me of the quality of my sleep, which has improved. It took one night to get used to it, but now I look forward to going to bed. No more sleeping pills, either! Everything good that is said abot this beautiful blanket is true. Give this one a go. ..you will not be disappointed. Beautifully made. Love it!

Perfect!
This is exactly the blanket I've been wanting! The weight and warmth suit me perfectly... I often wake up hot, but this blanket, though heavier than ordinary, does not block in heat- It can be used all year round. If you tend to get cold while sleeping, keep your duvet. I have no complaints and would recommend, without financial compensation, to anyone who needs the extra weight due to anxiety, Restless Leg Syndrome, etc.

Great for ASD, ADHD, & anxiety!
I love this blanket so much! I have autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and anxiety and this really helps with all of them! Nice to see a color that isn’t grey too!

Comfortable but LEAKED SO MUCH SAND
The weight was perfect but then I started noticing a sandy feel in my bed and realized the blanket was leaking the glass particles out. Thankfully, I had a duvet so it was able to catch a bunch of the sand before it got all over the bed, but that also meant I noticed the leak a bit later. The worse part though was trying to wash the sand out of the sheets and duvet. I still feel some grains and I can see that my duvet still has some sparkles. I can only hope it comes out eventually
