Stand is difficult to assemble
A pain to put the stand together! The holes don’t align well and the screws are pretty big in diameter so doesn’t leave much room to try to “squeeze them in”. We can’t even get the stand together to use the grinder itself.

Don’t buy this one! Shoddy screws/bolts and nuts don’t work. Nothing fits right.
I could have assembled a dozen IKEA products in the time it took to put this thing together. I doubt I’ll ever buy another Bilt Hard tool. The screw/bolts didn’t work with the nuts, requiring a trip to the hardware store to get the right ones. I gave up on the spark control shields; the screws did not fit the holes. The bench was a bear to assemble and came out crooked even after triple-quadruple checking everything against the instructions. It took several hours to bring this tool to a point where I can work with it. Don’t buy this one!

Kind of low power
It is low on power. , if you try to polish anything on it you have to go very slow and lightly , I did use the grinder and put tips back on 2 knifes that had broken earlier

Works ok , not the best product but it does work .
The light does not stay up , it has a very weak base . They will help solve the issue so I give them a good review for customer satisfaction but the products do need to be looked at , I only bought this one item but looking forward to more possibly in the future after they fix a few errors . I can’t use this stuff in my bike shop until I know it’s quality and can perform correctly.

Wheels are off-centered a little causing a lot of vibration

Big bang for the buck
Nice 6" grinder with stand. Just wish I had another set of hands to assemble the stand.
