The last phone Mount you’ll ever need.
As a person who needs to multitask a lot, sadly sometimes I do need to continue basic functions on my phone while driving. I do use the GPS almost every day even for the routine drive because traffic is so crazy. Therefore having a heads up display is critical! As such, I have spent quite a bit of time playing with different phone mounts in the past. Most suction cup based devices either give out after some time or in high temperatures will leave some kind of sticky buildup on the dash or at some point fail. even if it’s a good suction cup I find suction cup-based mounts to be placing the phone at too far of a distance out of reach, whether suctioning to the windshield or the dash.. My wife tried the vent clip type of mount. We at least have not had luck with these as the prongs on them do not coordinate with our car vent styles. Sometimes they do not reach and other times they don’t quite align. At least twice we have had the little vent shutters break due to the device mount. Let’s not forget it is blocking airflow from that vent and sometimes it blocks view of the dashboard screen or control buttons. After being frustrated with those two scenarios, I even combined the mount from one model with the long stem suction cup mount from another one and a fixed it to my dashboard with a small screw. This was good but in my car anyway had to be on the left hand side. So it wasn’t good after a while for my neck and looking left was not safe. You should know it’s human nature that if you’re looking hard right or left you tend to veer to that side. With all that in mind here’s the bottom line: I have thought about optimal positioning for a long time. Under the rear view mirror is the best spot, hands down. It puts the phone at eye level. It’s just off center so while looking at it actually I can still monitor traffic in my peripheral vision. I find myself staying more centered at all times and aware of speed changes. It’s the best reach too. I barely lean forward to use the touch screen too which is critical for good posture and avoiding neck and back issues. The wired charger cable goes straight up and doesn’t need to cross the steering wheel or anything. It’s so secure and doesn’t move and it won’t leave any sticky residue because it clasps to the mirror in a 4point system. It won’t break your ac vent or block them. My wife was nervous having something possibly blocking her view. In my opinion it doesn’t block your field of view in any way, but I’m a super vigilant driver. I will say though to be safe I have a magnet mount on my steering wheel to move it there for driving where there may be a lot of pedestrians. At those speeds the air bag should not deploy 99% of the time. I do not recommend always having your phone on your steering wheel where it may cause major damage if the airbag was to deploy. But I will say that is another alternative spot that accomplishes a lot if not even more of the goals listed above, except that depending on your height and car model the steering wheel could also be too low and cause you to look down... I put a large magnet on the bottom 1/3 of my iPhone on the clear case I use. I can still use the magnetic charger station by my bed and Apple Pay at stores. The magnet can hold my attachable wallets still too, even stronger than mag safe by itself. I’ve put other magnet mounts in the home too so I can quickly move it and secure it anywhere I need to be hands free, like the garage. Anyway this has been the best set up for me overall and after many trials and observations. I took the time to write this because I have trauma surgery training and I have seen the devastating damage of motor vehicle accidents and I hope anyone reading this will at least give it a shot. I want to do my part to make the roads safer. If you watch while you’re driving and take time to look at your neighbors, it’s astounding how many times I will see people using a phone in their lap or off to the side and significantly distracted. It is scary. If you give it a shot I think you will appreciate all I’ve observed and will be satisfied too.

Customer service is A1
So I bought this product July 2022. Here it is June 2023 and one of the pieces broke up. I'm 100% blaming it on this hot ahh Texas weather. Anyway! I contacted the seller and was hooked up with Emma. Man! Her customer service was beyond this world. I thought she was going to trip on me since I bought the product almost a year ago. Not only did she NOT ask when I purchased it, all she wanted to see was the broken piece(s) so she could order me new parts. Not only did she order new parts, but she gave me two new parts for free. She was patience with me, understanding, and I felt like I was a friend and not just a customer. I honestly love the mount. It took some getting used to it but I enjoy no longer looking down at a mount. No more melting adhesive. No more looking down for GPS (yes, i keep the sound off). No more drama! *shout out to MJB*. I definitely recommend this product, like I've been doing with all my family and friends.

Caution when placing over mirror
First let me say that I really like the way this is a universal fit to most ALL mirrors. I like the position it puts the cell phone being elevated so as not to have to take my eyes off the road .I previously had a cup-holder mount but with that.... I had to look "down" to see my phone taking my eyes completely off of the road and a accident can happen in a split second (so not a big fan of the cup mount) altho that style is secure and typically shouldn't break anything. The reason I gave it the rating I did was because when I clipped this new one onto my mirror, it broke my mirror off from my windshield. I'm having to replace my windshield to the tune of $265.00The mirror was temp glued back on, but there was also a spider line crack and the glass company recommended replacing the glass.Upon this experience I wont be attempting to put it back on and realize that constantly putting my phone on and pulling it off from the magnet will cause the mirror to lose its mounted integrity (with time) to the windshield and I'll have the same thing happen again. Perhaps it was user error on my part.... I'm not sure but I do know that in time it will eventually weaken the bond of the mirror to the glass.I'm also not a big fan of the magnet attachment (but knew that when I bought it).If this makes sense..... I like it because of the position of my phone while driving, but I'm not a fan of the way it mounts and broke my mirror so I wouldn't recommend it.If you DO buy it..... be VERY VERY GENTLE when attaching it to your mirror!!! I CAN'T STRESS THAT ENOUGH!!! DO NOT FORCE IT IN ANY WAY and in fact..... play with the mount SEVERAL times BEFORE carefully putting it on your mirror. In other words, know EXACTLY how it works BEFORE you proceed to gently put it on your mirror.I'm also thinking that the weight of this sturdy holder (coupled with a phone) mounted directly on the mirror will weight the mirror down and the mirror wont stay in its desired position causing you to have to constantly reposition your mirror and then as previously stated, any handling of the phone while its mounted could very easily cause the mirror to break off from the windshield (as mine did) causing an expensive repair for a inexpensive phone holder.Hope This Helps

Great and convenient
Holds my phone well. I have a Silverado with 2 12in subs under the seat and it’s been able to support me through those vibrations from the system knocking hard. I’ve had it about little over 2 years
