By far the most accurate and reliable not to mention easy to use thermometer we’ve ever owned. It’s worth the price and I’d definitely buy it again, we’ve been using ours for a couple years now and it still works great! My very nervous toddler never objects to getting his temperature checked because he knows this won’t hurt or annoy him like others, plus the results are almost instant. I like to swipe to swipe his forehead and end on a temple for the first read then I usually check on his neck as well and let the pediatrician know what both temperatures are so she can get a better idea of what he needs 👍🏻

I’ve had one of these thermometer for years, but I moved and I haven’t found it yet, so I purchased another one! This unit has the ability to monitor Celsius/Fahrenheit digital display thermometer. Soft material one the tip for a comfortable use on your’s or your child’s temple, and it comes with a tip cover to keep it clean. Two AAA batteries for powering this thermometer and it has an auto shut-off if left on. Operational instructions are printed right on the unit to show how to use properly. I like this type of thermometer compared to the infrared or oral models.

I like how quickly I can get a reading with this thermometer. It is consistent as well. I believe that is because it must touch your head to work. There's no variance in distance like a non-touch unit. It is accurate when compared to my non-touch thermometer (but again, it is more consistent). And it is a lot quicker than my under the tongue thermometer. This is fas more convenient to use. I deducted 1 star soley due to the cap. It doesn't stay on the thermometer. Hopefully that doesn't lead to damage and misreading.

This thermometer does what is needed quickly and accurately. Bonus, if you have a sick child, you don’t have to touch/wake them to get an accurate temperature reading.
