GREAT RESISTANCE BANDS!!
love these resistance bands! brings up the intensity level in my workouts. definitely lives up to the weights provided. did not snap when i used. very comfortable to use. it does slip a little. they are a good length since they are stretchy. not very safe if a heavy band hits you hard. overall, i definitely recommend these bands. great for at home workouts if you don't have access to a gym!

Great equipment/sturdy!
These bands are great! I love the labels telling you which ones are heavy down to the light resistance. My 2 new kittens actually got a hold of the medium one I had been using and it survived their sharp little teeth! Sturdy material, for sure!I store them out of their reach now!

Great workout bands
These workout bands are great. Perfect length and thickness. Super easy to carry around to the gym and for traveling. I love the colors and no logo printed on the bands unlike other bands. They lose the resistance over time. I had to replace after a year. It is excellent for lunges and hip flexor/glute workouts.

Good bands
Useful bands for leg exercises. Better than making a knot in a straight band. Bands have different resistances. Only used the blue one so far, but they seem good. Storage bag is a bit small, not sure I'd be able to fit them all in the bag easily.

Gets the job done
I got the blue mixed green colors and they’re so beautiful. I mainly bought them to do banded lateral walks but I will use for other exercises at the gym too. 10/10 great resistance bands

Excellent Exercise Bands
Bought these for my softball team. They have worked out great for our strength & conditioning. We use them for monster walks, lateral lunges, and other stretches. So pleased, I purchased 20 in total. Great color selection!

It’s A Yes!
Great quality, first time using bands, shocked at the workout I got in with them! I can feel the burn 10 min later. No smell, cute travel bag, includes exercise guide pamphlet! Def recommend!

Good for post surgery physical therapy
Good bands for the price. These are kinda short but they do what their intended for. My wife used these after a surgery, she needed to regain strength and these bands gave her leverage to reach the affected area without struggling to attach the bands. If you have had recent arm or foot surgery this is a good idea to begin your early physical therapy and the heavier bands can be for building strength also
