It is a good price and easy to use

** Updated Review ** I decided to give this product another shot and buy another flash drive because there was a coupon and so many reviews were raving that I thought it might have just been the flash drive I received that was faulty. I received a new one and it worked very well at first (better than the first one) Now I go to use it a few weeks after and instantly had issues with my iPhone not recognizing the device anymore but I got my computer to access it so it was fine. I try again on different mobile devices and eventually, it starts working again only for my files to glitch and completely disappear .... now after going back in, thankfully a lot of the files are still there but there are countless files that now appear to be in the drive but I am unable to access them and they will not open. I am absolutely heartbroken to lose these files and regret trusting in the second device and that is my mistake. I would absolutely not recommend buying this product as it has now failed me twice and I have lost access to my important videos that I do not think I will be able to get back. Old Review: This product works pretty great at first but within my first night of installing stuff I already started to receive an “error” message when trying to access items directly after putting them on the device. I am unable to access these items and they are still taking up storage on the device despite not being able to access them. When I attempted to delete the items it won’t allow me and therefore is still taking up storage. I have been able to upload a few other items without this issue but now every time I try to upload something it does not work and I get the error message. Now I am worried it will get to the point where I am unable to access the other items as well.

I purchased this flash drive to backup photos on my phone. I can then transfer them to my computer in bulk. I can also share the memories with my family outside of social media. At 256GB, you can backup most phones. This model also comes in other smaller and larger capacities. I also our hase a short extension cable because I have a thick phone case that the flash drive doesn't quite fit.

The size and storage capacity are nice. I like that it transitions to different types of ports. However, it can easily break if pushed on too hard. I have an iPhone so I had to flip down the USB portion and use the plug for an iPhone. The fit is VERY tight and when I pushed a little hard to connect it, it bent. I initially feared it was going to break off in my phone! It did not, thankfully, but the plug for an iPhone no longer works so the device is now useless for me. It's also difficult to push into a slot, you have to hold the "glider" in place otherwise when you push into a slot, the glider just moves instead of going into the slot. Update 6/1/2023: the seller reached out to me and sent me a replacement. The product works great, I do like that it’s adaptable to different devices and it’s easy to use, just need to download an app. You still need to be careful when inserting though.

This device only reads occasionally in my iPhone. It’s a fight to get anything on it to load or to download anything onto it. I do like how I have the option the delete the photos once transferred. Pros and cons but for me the con outweighs the pro. I need my device to read more often.

The flash drive didn't require any formatting to use on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. The user manual qA already visible on the drive. A couple of clicks, the app was downloaded from Apple's App Store, a brief read through the manual, and I was able to copy off photos, including DNG files, satisfactorily. I plugged the drive into my computer's USB port and the photos were easily copied to a hard drive. Note that by default some files are renamed as PNG files instead of DNG. The manual describes the app setting to copy the image files unchanged. The drive didn't overheat. Yes. the DNG files were large so transfer to my PC was not instant. The drive has some flimsy feeling plastic, so I was care to avoid forcing it into the Type A slot on my PC. But the drive worked quite well overall. and was inexpensive. Five stars.

Product was working when I first try it out but unable to work 2 weeks later. I bought twice and the first one is still working but not this 2nd piece. Contacted the customer service but gave useless advice.
