Zippers are smooth with good sized, easy to grab tassels. Handle on the top is very easy to get a grip on but also stays out of the way and doesn't flop around at all. Water bottle (16 oz disposable ones) and small umbrella fit snugly in the side pouches. The outer most pouch (with no zipper) is very handy for quickly putting away things. I put my car keys in it.The zipper for the main compartment will run down into the side pouches for water bottles and its easy to unzip it too far then you have to dig around behind your water bottle or umbrella to zip it back up. I would consider this a downside, but when I think about it, being able to open the main compartment wider is a good option to have and I can just learn to not unzip it more than necessary.Overall a little on the small side, but it fits my 15 inch laptop, 4 water bottles, and a Tupperware sandwich box all inside so it does everything I need it too. (I think I'm just used to larger backpacks though)

Pretty good, fairly compact, good if you don't need to lug around textbooks. Nice canvas on the outside feels durable and look pretty nice given the price. The bottom's made out of a leather/faux leather material, the same that's on the handle. It's lined from the inside, but feeling how soft and supple the material is, I question its longevity, but for now, it's holding up fine.My main gripe of the backpack is the lack of internal pockets and nets, but it's doable. Other than that, the plastic zipper was a bit of a let down, but it seems sturdy enough given the size of the thing, you shouldn't be over stuffing or tensioning the zipper.

I absolutely love this backpack. It looks fantastic and is the perfect size for a laptop backpack. The inside of the backpack is beautiful. My laptop (13in) fits perfectly inside the laptop pocket and my 10.1 in Samsung tab a fits perfectly inside the tablet pocket. There's also enough room to add books, clothes, whatever even after the laptop and tablet are in the pack. The outside pockets are great too. Both the zipper pocket and the magnet pocket are deep which I love. On top of all of this, the quality of the backpack is great. Zippers feel sturdy and zip so smoothly. Straps are sturdy. Magnethe on front pocket snaps into place so nicely. So many little things done right. A++ backpack.

Love that my 15" laptop fits snuggly in the padded slot. It would be great if the outside side pockets were actually big enough for an insulated water/coffee tumbler. Lots of useful inside pockets and it lightweight. I'd love if this design (with larger drink tumbler pocket) were offered as a sling. It stays on one shoulder pretty well as is, but would be much more comfortable and secure if it was actually configured as a sling strap.

This backpack is the ideal option for a commuter that cares much about looks. The gray color and the other finishes look great.Inside the backpack, you'll find ample space for your laptop + iPad and for books and maybe your lunch! I highly recommend this backpack for business travelers and college students as well.

Stylish and very well made. The fabric really holds its shape: it won't flop. The slim open (unzipped) front is given extra hold and closure by a magnet that also helps retain form. My 13" MacBook Pro is well-cushioned. I'd love just a touch more cushioning at the bottom but it's up to you not to treat it like a frisbee. There's a nice section on the other side of the computer area that's perfect for a kindle reader. Holds books, pens and sandwiches/lunch.Perfect for daily urban use, students or day hikes. It's not advertised as waterproof.I wanted a slim-build laptop backpack that could hold everything I needed. This is it. Love it.

This backpack was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Sleek, not bulky, Holds my 15.6"laptop with ease. Love the front pocket, which is easy to get in and out of. 2 side pockets is a great bonus. On the inside front zipper there is also 2 pockets and 4 pen slots. I'm able to fit everything I need for the day in this backpack and the price was AMAZING!
