My favourite exercise DVD
Easy to follow workout program, keeps me toned and fit. Absolutely love it, would recommend to old and young. Stick with it and you will see the result. Thank you Jaana and Julia and of course Amazon, (even though I had to buy DVD through Amazon in America).For me it was worth paying the the extra shipping costs!

Very disappointing. It in no way matches up to a very similarly named 'Core dance' series my sister purchased in the UK. Fortunately I purchased this as 'used'so less of my money was wasted when I binned it.
