BASIX Guitar Series is great!
This seties has great pacing and is accessible to all ages. I have used this series for many years and have had great results. Students seem to enjot the song choices. The book price is very reasonable and comes with an enhanced CD for your computer. Students can use this at home to assist in learning and reinforcing the lesson materials!

I've been giving guitar lessons for sometime now and find this book an extrememly good teaching aide. Book comes with a C.D. +++ This book is a must have for anyone learning to play guitar. Book is self explanatory and students to the instrument can follow along easily. Today many guitar players overlook the significance of reading music, this book makes learning easy.
