This has been such a fun and useful set to have. At first, I was worried because there was a piece of broken plastic in the box, but everything works great. It's easy to switch tools. It's easy to start. It stays running. It restarts after running. All of the attachments are great. The hedge trimmer has an angle adjustment that works good. This is a really great set. I would recommend hearing protection, instead of the ear protection that is included. Thank you for such a good product that is fun to use.

The best yard tool I have bought.I have really use this over the near 2 years I have had it. Mainly brush cutter pole saw.Issues I have had1. Handle broke just recently lasted a year and half2.Leaking gas tank not bad but it dopes seam to leak some3. Fittings hole have become enlarged from use, so the attachment is off center a little.4. Weed eater head is cheap but works ok I cracked mine very early some but still working.5. Does seem to use a decent amount of gas but it is a larger engine 2X most weed eaters6. Maybe one other little thing.It a little heavy but what do you expect for a 52cc motor. I want something to cut what I am cutting. Seems to have plenty of power.I probably have 40-50 hours on it. Many with the pole saw. I have trimmed and cleaned up several of my places with this machine.The Brush cutter blade is good for 1/2 and under, but I would get a better one as it will bend if you hit something hard.Hedge clippers I used once or twice seem to be ok for the jobThe one time I had a issues with it starting I left it in the rain and it took a while to get it started other than that, new started up no choke in 1-2 pulls. Now i choke and 3-4 pulls.WARRANTYI need to contact them as it has a 2 year warranty on it about the handle and gas tank if I can find info. I did get the protection plan as well because it being a cheap product and I did not know how well it would do. But the product seem to be of a good quality and I would buy more when this one fails.OVERALL cant beat it never had a major issue with it so far.

This product didn't even last a year with minimal use. The engine is fine but the attachments don't work well. In less than a year they stopped working at all and there is little to no possibility of finding parts for repair or even just regular maintenance.

This is a heavy machine with some cheap accessories but all the trimmers saw are great. Good price I have had this for two years the only problem is the gas cap pull the guts out of it and put a screw in the hole. I only use synthetic oil mix I think it helps

I had my doubts about this multi-tool but dang this thing is very cool. I've only used it one time and just the chain saw attachment. But it performed so perfectly I had to write a review. I've never had a 2-cycle engine start so easily and run so smoothly. It might have a spring-assist or something. Starts on first or second pull! That's unreal. Using this new saw to replace my Remington - which only lasted a year. I don't know what chain is on this new saw but I thought I was using a lightsaber. Luke Skywalker would be jealous. Amazing cutting power. The entire time cutting I was saying "Hot Damn!!". Thank you PanelTech! And no I'm not affiliated with the company or compensated in any way. I just appreciate a great product for a great price. I'm going to buy five more and keep them all to myself.

Purchased this for our lawn care business. We had issues with delivery and were directed to contact the seller first. PanelTech was phenomenal on their customer service! They were very quick to respond and were very willing to help ensure we got our package no matter what. The issue ended up being with FedEx delivering to the wrong house, but (thankfully) our neighbor brought it to us.We are very particular about the equipment we purchase for our business, and this tool did not disappoint! This bad boy has power! I’m pretty sure it will cut just about anything. It’s heavier, but feels well balanced. The only complaint is the weed eater head isn’t the best, but definitely not a dealbreaker. We just ordered a sturdier head to replace the stock one.
