Perfect for Self Watering Soil Free Plant System
Thank you for the timely delivery from Greece and product. We've been wanting a self watering system with little to no pests like those that come with soil, and this is the perfect pon for it! Very excited to use it for our Calathea, Maranta, and Alocasia. We may also try it on some herbs and prayer plants, very exciting step in our plant journey.

Shipping
I love this brand of pon. It just takes forever for shipping. Mine shipped from Greenland and it took over two weeks.

Alternative to soil
I’ve only started using Pon as a semi-hydroponic substrate, currently I have 3-5 plants living in this substrate so I’ll have to do a follow up review. So far I like the look of the substrate compared to LECA (another substrate I use); it’s a little messy at first due to size of Pon; no smell; I think I like to rinse before using but not required if ur lazy lol; as of now I’m pleased with my purchase.

Amazing stuff!
These stones are small enough to aerate small roots but not tender roots. I have a plant that would not do anything. As soon as I put my Ginny in this stuff, within two days there was a new shoot appearing.

Good but dries out
It dries out fast. Have to check the plant all the time or the plant will die. Too time consuming, especially if all your plants are in it.

Great stuff
I propagated a couple of Hoya cuttings and repotted them in this. They seem to be getting along well. Great new way to grow plants!

Obsessed
I use this to propagate and I'm obsessed. My hoyas especially love it. It's definitely worth it.
