Brenda DyGraf Power Gloves, Adjustable

I've been doing Turbo Jam for... oh man... a million years. I've used the blue neoprene weighted gloves in the past, but they stretch out fast and they hit the side button on my Apple watch These are great. As you can see from the pictures, they don't hit my watch at all. They're a little snug, but not uncomfortable and I don't have to worry about them flying off because they're tight enough. Great value!

I purchased these weights to use during my walk at home workouts. I'm a female with regular size hands, and they fit great. I like the fact that I don't have to grasp anything, as I have osteoarthritis in my hands. With repetition, it's amazing how effective 1 lb. weights can be. I've developed nice definition in my arms.

I have another pair of weighted gloves made by Empower where each finger had a "hole" but they were flimsy even though well made. Their design has changed leading me to search for another feminine alternative...these fit the bill although you need to have thin hands or small hands to wear them comfortably. The velcro doesn't give you a choice if your hands are wide...it just won't fit! I'm surprised they are 1 pound each. They feel much lighter. They could've added more stretch to the neoprene and allowed for a more universal fit but I like them for the arm work I do on my trail walks. Also--where are the 2 pounders?

I purchased these to make my morning walk a little more intense and I absolutely love it. Not for large hands tho however they fit me perfectly.

These gloves do the job well and mkae our boxing tabatha more effective. A good fit on our hands which are small. Highly recommended to improve your workout

I bought these gloves a month and a half ago and have been using them for cardio kickboxing classes. They were working well until a hole developed near the stitching that holds the weight pellets inside. The pellets are falling out constantly now and it's hard to mend the hole.

Before I ordered I thought there was no way these would impact my arms because I usually use 15 pound weights in each hand to work my arms. However, I wanted something for when I take my walks that I didn’t have to hold. OMG!! I felt these the first time I wore them for my walks. I move my arms while walking in several different motions and I’m also seeing the muscles in my back getting more defined. Don’t be fooled by the 1 lb. label. If you want sexy arms and a sexy back, this is the right purchase.

These are comfortable, although sometimes I wonder if there are actually more like 2 pounds each instead of 1 pound each.
