Beautiful
This is a beautiful book, one to treasure. As a total beginner , it’s exactly the inspiration I need to learn to sew with attention. There are detailed instructions to trace graph paper onto the fabric using an empty ball point pen. If someone could tell me how this results in the grid fixed to the cloth in white, I would be very grateful, (see last photo above).I will, however, struggle to follow the instructions at the back where there are diagrams to follow to make the projects as they seem to start at the top right hand corner , move down the page then move to the left (see first photo). That all said, the author’s craftsmanship is amazing, her skill obvious on the pages and I’m sure I will be more confident with time.
