The The Flip phone caper
I received the Flip phone, and the battery is not charging. The first one I bought worked wonderfully, but this one, on the other hand, is giving me problems. I charged the phone for 12 hours so I could begin the activation. I began by opening the phone, turning it on, and it would not pass the 'Select Your Language' page. The phone did not come with a SIM card, so I had to buy a SIM card for the phone, and the phone is still not functioning properly. This is too much for a prepaid phone.

Great for the older generation.
If you are looking for a smartphone this isn't it. But honestly this is a nice little phone with a lot of modern amenities like navigation. My parents are older and can't handle a smartphone but this has nice battery life, nice sound levels and if you just want a phone to make and take calls, this has you covered. Don't let the negative reviews get you. This is a good phone.

Could not Activate!!!
This flip phone turned on and charged up but could not be activated. I will try taking it to my local Verizon store, but huge hassle--and not even sure they can get it to work!!!

I got the phone but no SIM card or manual. I need to buy a Verizon SIM card for $10.

TCL Model
I got this phone, for my brother and I was told I needed an TCL for the free service with spectrum. This phone wasn't compatible for the service. When I open the back to give the IDIC number this is when I found out it wasn't a new phone. But it was marked on the package as new. inside of the back cover was dirty and the 2 back open space was also dirty.
