Eight ball straps
They are a great tool. If you have a fixed bike, they are not hard to put on and they are very durable.

Good fit
These work great on my standard platform/flat pedals 4 in x 4 in (trek marlin 5). Need those slits though to thread thru. Easy to install and adjust (larger foot). Like the wide band opposed to clips. Serves its purpose but easy to get in/out of on trail. Worth the price (if they hold up).

Well made, fit like a glove
So I've had these since November of last year I wanted to use them for a while before making a review I absolutely love them, very well made, secure fit over the bar and great wrist support as well definitely a must buy to add to your gym arsenal

Goated
18 months of all-weather abuse and they’re in great shape, I see this lasting many years. I run them through aluminum pedals and ride brakeless every single day and they show no signs of fraying against the corners of the slots in the pedals. They retain their shape really well. Really nice that they don’t have a metal buckle like the fyxation version which I find causes the strap to be a lot more finickyUpdate a little over two years in, these did end up fraying on the sharp edges of the aluminum pedals but it took them way longer than I expected. Found another pair and got some plastic pedals gg

Great for fixie and single speed riding.
UPDATE: Just over a year, and they're still great! I've upgraded pedals, to remedy the wear I was experiencing in my initial review.Lovin' em so far. I've had the for a few months. They are starting to wear fast, but that's my fault for not having pedals where I can feed them through the side. Mine have to go under the bottom outer edge of my WellGo pedals, and they hit the ground on sharp turns before my pedal does.Looking into getting new pedals that will accommodate these better.Overall though, well built, ballistic woven nylon is holding up great. Strong velcro straps stay where you put them, and don't require constant adjustment after you have them set.Great straps for a fixie like mine, or a single speed, allowing up and downstroke pedaling. Also aid in quick rear tire skid stops when on a fixie.Highly recommended for these type of bikes.

Bang for buck
I've used a few other straps before, and these are the best. I'm sure if you spent $60 in some Cinneli straps they would be maybe nicer but these get the same job done for less than half the price. I did have the stitching come undone on part of one of these straps before, but not until after a year plus of riding and even then it was easy to fix with a needle and thread. You can get them as tight as you want them too. (Some straps, because of their design can only go so tight.) They are definitely stiff, not soft, but this may lend itself to durability.

Doesn't work with narrow platform Fyxation pedals unless straps are resewn.
The problem is more the pedals I have than the straps, but straps are the only retention device that works with Fyxation pedals. These straps are too thick to fit through the narrow slots of the pedals. Some designer thought it was cute to make pedals with narrow strap slots I bought the pedals through a different company, not Amazon. Fyxation sells straps, but they are very over priced. Fyxation does make pedals with wider slots, but these were not the ones sold to me. I had to cut the threads and use as sewing awl and a vice to re-sew the straps in a couple of places to get the wafer style straps with two sides of Velcro to fit through the slots. Might have problem on other pedals with narrow slots. This is a scam by Fyxation to force the consumer to buy their very over-priced straps. There was no reason at all to have thin slots on the pedals. Once on bike they worked fine. Feet slid in and out easily.
