Instant Pot Tempered Glass Lid, 10.2-In, 8-Qt, Cooking Pot Lid, Stainless Steel Handle and Rim, Clear

When my Ninja Foodi Smart XL Pressure Cooker started showing an error code that indicated the circuit board was going, I decided on the 8 qt Instant Pot Pro as an alternative. Since I often use my pressure cooker for steaming vegetables I grow, and the instant pot doesn't use pressure for steaming, it didn't make sense to have to clean the pressure lid every time I used the unit for steaming. I tried a few of the vented lids that I have, but none of them fit this pressure cooker. So, I decided to buy this vented glass lid to use instead which is much easier to clean than the pressure cooker lid. Although I do have to store another lid, this one works with this pressure cooker, and cleanup is much easier since the pressure lid doesn't have to be cleaned and dried. In addition, the condensation cup doesn't collect anything so it doesn't have to be cleaned. In addition, the preheat time for steaming isn't any longer than it is using the pressure lid. So far, I am very happy with this glass lid, and would recommend it.I hope this review was helpful for you.

My instant spot didn’t come with one so I had to get it and I am glad I did. I use it more often than the lid the pot comes with. Easy to use and clean. This should be a standard companion with an instant pot purchase not an optional purchase.

Needed it and it fits well

Nice lid. Fits the 6qt perfect for slow cooking. Not sure why instant pot gets so much hate for slow cooking. People are probably using the pressure lid but right tool for the right job. First thing I slow cooked was great.

Everyone that has an Instant Pot needs one of these in my opinion Fit is perfect and easy to use. Seals very well and makes the Instant Lid look great as well as making the Instant Pot more versatile for slow cooking and dishes that need more attention. Does not increase nor decrease storage capacity. Quality and all around versatile add on.

This works fine on the instant pot pro 80 (8 qt) 10-in-1 pressure cooker pot.

Got this for my wife to use when she makes yogurt. I love it when using the slow cooker function too. Makes for easier cleanup and less hassle when you need to periodically check on food or keep the contents warm once it's done cooking.
